Pastors

Pastor Justin Schaller

Pastor Justin Schaller is the head Pastor of Sailors Union Grace Church. He graduated from Maryland Bible College and Seminary in 2008 and has served as a missionary in Peru and Hungary. He is husband to Ann Margaret and father to Millie and Teddy. When he is not leading our Church, he is a golf instructor in Baltimore County.

Pastor Phil Norman

Pastor Phil Norman was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1997 and along with his wife, Cynthia and children Jessica and Bailey, has served as a missionary across Europe, Africa and South America over the years. Pastor Phil, a biologist, has been blessed with a successful career in natural resources management and education.

Pastor Paul Andrulonis

Pastor Paul Andrulonis obtained his Associates Degree from Maryland Bible College and Seminary and was ordained as a Pastor in 2019. He lived as a missionary in Budapest, Hungary for some time and is now husband to his high-school sweetheart, Kimmy, and father to Isaiah, Ella, and Avery. He works full time in IT and enjoys playing, refereeing and coaching basketball.

 

Children’s Church

Ann Margaret Schaller

Ann Margaret Schaller is our SUGC Sunday school (Children’s Church) director and lead teacher. She believes that child-like faith is a gift from God and it is something that is very important to her personally. During the 10:30am service, the children participate in various activities such as prayer, worship, crafts, bible stories, snacks, free play, art, and more! Children’s Church is a place where child-like faith has no limitations and will be encouraged as they learn who God is and who He created us to be. It is where children have the opportunity to express what they have learned through their own imagination and creativity by using their unique gifts that God has given them.
